Gary Allan has partnered up with PBR (Professional Bull Riders) that will culminate in a one-time only performance in Arlington , TX . Allan attended the New York City Invitational this past weekend to make the announcement in person that he will kick off the biggest one day event in PBR history, the 2010 Dickies Iron Cowboy Invitational presented by WinStar World Casino, on February 20th, with a one-time-only concert .
